Shipping policy

All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.

Confirm your shipping address is correct. We will ship to the address provided to us when the order was placed.

Orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday. Due to Covid-19, USPS & UPS drop-offs are once a week. The tracking number will be sent once the label has been generated and the package has been dropped off. 

Please allow up to 7-9 days for custom orders to be processed and 5 days for shipping. The paint must be completely dry before it can be shipped. 

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Watch for an email from us after placing order. We may need additional information to process your order.

DylanMarieLLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance included in expedited shipping.
